Girl Scout Troop 40035 Donate to Hope Fund

The Hope Fund of Penns Valley would like to thank Girl Scout Troop 40035 for making a donation to us from their annual cookie sales.  The Brownies had a "Journey" project of hearing stories of people's lives and their own.  Some of the stories had sad situations, so they revised them to make them feel better.  This project also earned them more badges.  Choosing The Hope Fund make them very happy, as they try to do the same in "Helping Other People Everyday (HOPE)."  The Hope Fund helps people in the Penns Valley community that have been faced with a medical emergency or personal disaster.

On May 8 and 9, The HOPE Fund of Penns Valley will be participating in Centre Gives, a 36 hour online fundraising event through the Centre Foundation!  Your gift to our organization will ensure we are able to continue to help our neighbors in need in the Penns Valley Area School District who are experiencing a medical crisis or personal disaster in their lives.  It is the belief of THE HOPE FUND that people are likely to recover faster when not faced with a financial burden.  We have assisted stroke victims, cancer patients, heart attack victims, accident victims and those displaced by hous
