Out of concerns for everyone's safety and in response to recommendations on gatherings during this time of uncertainty, we will be postponing this year's Gala for HOPE to May 30, 2020.
A huge thank you goes out to Restek Corporation employees who volunteered their time to help inventory thousands of Christmas gifts donated by sponsors for 85 children who participated in our 2019 Christmas of HOPE program. They also donated funds to help purchase needed gifts for the children!
Thank you so much to the Centre County Sharks Softball team and their parents for helping organize a successful toiletry drive for all children participating in our 2019 Christmas of HOPE program! Each child received a new pillowcase purchased with donated Thrivent funds, new toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss donated by Pediatric Dental Care in Port Matilda, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair brushes, combs, wash cloths and body puffs, etc.
Christmas of Hope would like to thank everyone who helped in any way with our mission of providing Christmas to local children from Penn's Valley who would not had a Christmas otherwise! You helped us put smiles on 85 children's faces on Christmas morning and we could not have done it without you!!
